A network that outlasts the conference
To keep the people who meet on three days in Las Vegas connected for the rest of the year, and to give the conferences a body of reviewers, chairs and committee members drawn from that network.
Membership is a continuing relationship with the FrontierMeet network across artificial intelligence, biomedicine and semiconductors. It is separate from conference registration, and it does not guarantee publication, speaking opportunities, awards or acceptance of a submission.
Individual membership
Three pathways for individuals. Terms, any fees and the formal application process will be published before applications open; enquiries are welcome now.
Professional Member
For people working in or alongside the fields FrontierMeet convenes who want a continuing connection to the research community across all three conferences.
Research Member
For researchers who intend to contribute to the FrontierMeet programme over time: presenting, reviewing, chairing and shaping tracks.
Student Member
For students building a professional network early. Student membership is designed to be accessible and to lead toward research membership.
What membership does
- A continuing network
- Membership connects you to people across artificial intelligence, biomedicine and semiconductors between conferences, not only on the day.
- Early information
- Members receive calls for papers, programme announcements and registration information as they are confirmed.
- Routes into the programme
- Members may express interest in reviewing, chairing and committee roles. Appointments are made on merit and need.
- Institutional relationships
- Institutional members can involve their researchers, students and staff across all three conferences.
- Membership is separate from conference registration. Members register for conferences in the same way as everyone else.
- Membership does not guarantee acceptance of a submission, a speaking opportunity, an award or any editorial or publication outcome.
- Committee, reviewer and session chair roles are appointments. Expressing interest is welcome and does not commit either party.
- Membership terms, any fees and the application process will be published before applications open formally. Until then, enquiries are welcome.
Serving the programme
Committee, reviewer and session chair roles are appointments made on merit and need. Expressing interest is welcome and commits neither party. Appointments for all three conferences are in progress.
Scientific Committee Interest
An expression of interest in serving on the Scientific Programme Committee of one of the three conferences, subject to appointment.
Reviewer and Session Chair Interest
An expression of interest in joining the Peer Review Panel or chairing sessions on the day, subject to appointment.
Institutional Member
For organisations that want a structured relationship with FrontierMeet, including participation across conferences and involvement in the programme.
Institutional terms are agreed individually and documented. No institution is currently listed as a member or partner, and none will be listed without written agreement.
